تعریف مدیریت ارزش کسب شده EVM: Earned Value Management :
روشی است جهت ارزیابی و بررسی عملکرد و پیشرفت کارهای پروژه با برآورد و اندازه گیری توامان محدوده و محتوای پروژه، زمان و منابع پروژه

  • تاریخچه و اهمیت:
اندازه گیری عملکرد تیم پروژه و تعیین میزان پیشرفت پروژه و مقایسه با برنامه اولیه همواره از دغدغه های مدیران پروژه بوده و خواهد بود و شاید بتوان به صراحت گفت که کنترل عملکرد پروژه با شیوه EVM کارآمدترین و معمول ترین روش کنترل عملکرد پروژه ها میباشد که از اواسط قرن بیستم شروع شد و کم کم رواج یافت:
  1. سال 1960: استفاده از EVM به عنوان یک روش تحلیل مالی در برخی پروژه های دولتی آمریکا مانند صنایع دفاع و انرژی
  2. سال 1967: شروع استفاده رسمی از روش (Cost/Schedule Control Systems Criteria (C/SCSC به عنوان روشی جهت کنترل مالی و آنالیز مالی
  3. سال 1995: انتشار استاندارد ملی امریکا در زمینه روش EVM به نام ANSI EIA 748-A
  4. سال 2000: استفاده از EVM در استاندارد PMBOK ورژن 2000 به عنوان مهمترین روش کنترل عملکرد پروژه
  5. سال 2005: انتشار اولین نسخه استاندارد عملی مدیریت ارزش حاصله EVM توسط PMI
  6. سال 2011: انتشار دومین نسخه استاندارد عملی مدیریت ارزش حاصله EVM توسط PMI


  • EVM: Earned Value Management قرار است به چه سوالاتی پاسخ دهد؟
  1. دستاوردهای فعلی پروژه کمتر یا بیشتر از میزان برنامه ریزی شده است؟
  2. به احتمال زیاد پروژه چه زمانی به پایان میرسد؟
  3. در حال حاضر ما بیشتر از بودجه هزینه کرده ایم یا کمتر؟
  4. هزینه کارهای باقی مانده پروژه چقدر است؟
  5. هزینه کل پروژه پس از پایان پروژه چقدر خواهد شد؟
  6. در پایان پروژه ما چقدر کمتر یا بیشتر از بودجه پروژه هزینه خواهیم داشت؟
  7. منشا اصلی انحرافات هزینه و زمان در پروژه کدامند؟
  • چه پیش نیازهایی جهت اجرای EVM در پروژه نیاز است؟
EVM به طور کلی در تمامی پروژه ها مستقل از نوع و سایز پروژه قابل انجام است اگر پیش نیازهای آن به خوبی برآورده شود.
  1. سازمان از اجرای این روش حمایت کند و مدیران سازمان نسبت به اجرای آن متعهد باشند.
  2. سازمان روشها و فرآیندهای لازم جهت اجرای EVM در اختیار داشته باشند.
  3. تیم مدیریت پروژه باید دانش و مهارت لازم جهت اجرا این روش را دارا باشند.
  4. تمامی ذی اثران و تیم مدیریت پروژه آموزشهای لازم جهت تهیه و صحه گذاری و استفاده از داده ها و اطلاعات حاصل از این روش را دیده باشند.
  5. دیگر فرآیندهای مرتبط مدیریت پروژه مانند تهیه WBS ، تهیه برنامه زمانبندی، مدیریت تغییرات و…. به صورت یکپارچه و هماهنگ با روش EVM برنامه ریزی و اجرا شوند.
  6. روشهای اندازه گیری پیشرفت کارها در تمامی طول پروژه مشخص و مورد قبول تمامی ذینفعان پروژه قرار گیرد.
